The new Cherry Hill Open Aire Market is truly a family affair. Owed by Jake Winigrad and his father-in-law, Len Ostroff, the market is run primarily by members of their extended family. The space was designed to be enjoyed by families from Cherry Hill and the surrounding areas, and includes 350 upscale vendors, with activities to be enjoyed by parents and children alike. Located in the PATCO Woodcrest Speedline Train Station parking lot, the Market is easily accessible.
What we strive for is a family- friendly market. We want it to be open to everybody and their families. We do things periodically, from bringing face painters and giving out cotton candy, to having balloon animal people and things that will be of interest to the kids. For the parents, obviously, they are there for the bargains and the different merchandise that we're selling.
We have a variety, everything from beauty supplies to cosmetics to sunglasses to women and men clothes and shoes. We have many, many jewelry vendors and cellular phone services. There is low-end to high-end merchandise at the market, something there for everybody.
